In regard to the conduct, competence, work ethic of the assigned remodel crew you have here....OUTSTANDING !!!!!!
Ric, these guys are unbelievable. Matt is absolutely first class-his demeanor, enthusiasm and know how, "knock our socks off". Mike who has also, been here every day is extremely personable, hardworking and very enthusiastic.

I don't know the other 2 guy's names who have been here some of the time, I apologize for not having their names, but they are non stop workers and have our praise, as well.

These guys just don't screw around when they get here in the morning, they are working/attacking the project right away and they never seem to stop right up to and beyond 4pm.

The quantity of the work they have done ...well if you told me they could accomplish all that they have in a little over a week I never would have believed you.

Matt absolutely will take whatever time you need to explain the project and what is going on in a way that my wife and I understand it. He just smiles when he talks about the work and you know the guy loves what he is doing. Matt, Mike and the other 2 guys give us all the confidence in the world and we feel glad as hell that my Mom found Otterbeck and we chose you guys.

These guys clean up every day and WOW it is exciting to come home from work and see all that they have accomplished.

I'd suggest you and Dett pay these guys more, but I'm afraid you would agree and raise the price of the project on my Mom......but truthfully whatever you are paying these guys your getting lots of "Bang for Your Buck"!

We are kind of expecting delays, snafus etc... As that seems like a very reasonable expectation in any remodel project as well as any kind of project you undertake.

However, when I come home from work and these guys are working like hell under a tarp in the pouring rain ...I gotta wonder... it must take an act of God to stop these guys!

If the sub contractors you hired are 1/2 as good as these guys we will be happy.

Anyway, I wanted to make sure you knew of how highly we think of these men and the outstanding work their doing here.

To Ric Kaplowitz and the OtterBeck Builders Team,

With our sincerest thanks and admiration we write to tell you that the master bed-room suite addition is absolutely fantastic. The addition has exceeded all of our expectations and has enhanced the quality and enjoyment of our home.

We have received compliments and praise from not only our neighbors but from complete strangers who have watched the progress of the addition as they passed on by our home on their daily commute and errands. The reoccurring comment is how well and perfectly integrated the addition is with the existing house.

Ric's execution of this project was outstanding. We always knew what phase of the project was about to occur because Ric took the time to communicate with us on an extremely timely basis. The premises were always kept clean and the entire Otterbeck team was as polite, courteous, and professional from start to finish.

We want to also tell you how flat out impressed we were with the work ethic of all involved. The carpenters Matt, Mike, Dave , Mike displayed both a phenomenal quality and quantity of work. All of these men were very personable, polite men which was so important to us because of this being a family residence .

Ric's and Otterbeck's choice of sub-contractors was first class. We now have a resource of plumbers, electricians, painters and HVAC people that we will not hesitate to call for future projects.

To anyone who loves their home as we do and is considering an addition to expand or enhance the quality of that residence, we would enthusiastically recommend Otterbeck. Otterbeck not only executed and completed the project in a first class manner, they also did what they said they could do and in a timely fashion.
