We would like to express our gratitude to you and your staff for the recent work completed on our home.  It’s not often that you hear about good experiences when it comes to home remodeling or dealing with construction contractors, but we had both, and it is a credit to the experienced professionals that represent Otterbeck Builders.  From the original design phase to working with sub-contractors and on up through the actual construction our ideas, and concerns and needs were addressed without question or hesitation.

As you know, the addition built onto our home was not just an average construction job, it was a custom Great Room which will be the centerpiece to our living.  That is why we originally decided to trust this project to Otterbeck Builders.  We wanted a contractor who paid attention to the details and to put their personal touch on the job, and you and your staff truly delivered, all the while staying within the budget that we had available.  We ended up with a beautiful addition that we will enjoy for years to come.  Do not hesitate to use us as a reference for future customers.

Please extend our thanks to Rudy (a project leader who is knowledgeable, timely and always put our needs first), Ralph, Greg, Ryan and Joe.  It was obvious at all phases of the project that each of these men had a commitment to excellence and professionalism, while also being respectful and courteous.  We look forward to having them back for future projects.
