Dear Ric & the rest of the crew…

T.R. and I wanted to write to tell you how thrilled we are with our completed deck. We have a beautiful outdoor area and the deck allows us to take in the beauty of our natural surroundings.

The Otterbeck crews are the best! We feel especially pleased to have had Matt as our lead carpenter, “he is an artist and a perfectionist” a great combination.

Despite difficult weather, and what we thought was a though job; the removal of the horrid concrete structure and the creation of our new deck was done in a timely and professional manner.

We would highly recommend your company to others, and will remember you when we have other projects come up.
