The purpose of this letter is to express our appreciation for your performance during our Cusack Pavilion Window Replacement Project.  This contract replaced approximately 420 windows at a contract expense in excess of $400,000.  This work proceeded through less than ideal weather and mostly in occupied offices.  All work was professionally coordinated and accomplished.
