Paul Galough
Production Manager
If there is one word that can be used to describe Paul Galough, it is “experience”. Paul is highly qualified to lead the OBI production team with time spent in the residential building and remodeling field that spans over thirty years. Twenty-two of those years were spent at the helm of his own business. His education includes a Bachelor of Science from Buffalo State College, as well as an Associate Degree from Hudson Valley Community College. He also has an avid interest in green building and is a member of the US Green Building Council.
Paul’s function as production manager involves handling all of the day to day logistics of all of the projects currently being produced. This includes scheduling of OBI personnel and sub-contractors, materials estimating and ordering, and quality control. This is a broad area of responsibility, but Paul likes to simplify his position this way: “My job is to make sure that your renovation is accomplished efficiently, with as little disruption as possible, and that customers are completely satisfied with the highest quality project.”
Paul and his family, including his wife and two grown children and their families all live locally in the Troy area.

Scott Baker
Scott joins the OBI team with broad experience in the construction industry. Scott started out framing residential homes, but has spent the majority of his career working on commercial projects, mainly chain restaurants, and traveling across the country to do so. According to Scott, the most satisfying aspect of the construction trade is being a part of bringing an idea, either from a client vision, or a set of plans to life in the form of a finished project. Utilizing his skills along the way is an exciting part of that process.
Scott resides in Niskayuna with his wife and two boys, aged two and five.

Dan Reid has a long history in the building industry. He got an early start helping his parents restore the farmhouse that was their home. Later, he studied horticulture in college, but again took a job in construction during the summers. Since that time he has continued on, growing and expanding his knowledge of building along the way. Working in both the commercial and residential construction fields, Dan has experience with every aspect of the building trades, from forming footings and foundations, to performing the final trim-work within a variety of different projects. He considers himself fortunate to be a carpenter in today's workforce, as it is something that he enjoys so much. He also sets the bar very high for himself. Says Dan, “My goal is always to achieve the same quality of craftsmanship I expect in my own home”.
Dan and his wife reside locally, but travel frequently on weekend and holidays pursuing antiques, one of their hobbies. One of their favorite destinations is the state of Maine.
