To Dett and crew,

We are very happy with our new bathroom.  No one, neither builder nor customer likes problems.  Yet, it is through the resolution of problems that the real definition of customer service is noticed.  Yes, we had a problem.  This problem required our calling Otterbeck many times and each and every time they answered our questions, and when necessary had someone come to our house at our earliest convenience.  They exemplify customer service at its best.

The people we talked with and have come to our house, Dett, Rudy, Joe and Dave were all helpful and tried their best.  Sue appreciated that they took off their shoes if they did not have something to cover our hardwood floors.

We would not hesitate for a moment to call them again for any of our needs, nor are we afraid to recommend Otterbeck Builders to anyone else.
